BPC-157 Dosage & Reconstitution Guide

BPC-157 is one of the most commonly referenced peptides in tissue-repair research, and one of the most common sources of reconstitution confusion — largely because vial sizes and target amounts vary so much between suppliers.

Working out your concentration

Start with what’s printed on the vial (commonly 5 mg or 10 mg) and how much bacteriostatic water you’re adding. A 5 mg vial mixed with 2 mL of BAC water works out to a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL — that’s 2,500 mcg per mL, since 1 mg equals 1,000 mcg.

Converting to a syringe mark

Once you know the concentration, the calculator converts any target amount into a liquid volume and a syringe unit mark automatically. This is the step most people get wrong doing it by hand, since it means dividing your target (usually in mcg) by the concentration (in mcg/mL), then converting that volume into units on a 1 mL, 100-unit syringe scale.

A note on GHK-Cu + BPC-157 (Glow) blends

Some suppliers sell BPC-157 combined with GHK-Cu in a single vial, sometimes marketed as a “Glow” blend. The reconstitution math works the same way — the vial’s total labeled amount divided by the liquid added gives you the combined concentration.
